WTF - We The Fans Mets/Yankees "Back to Baseball" Ticket Giveaway Rules

How to Enter. You will be entered in the sweepstakes if you meet each of the following three (3) conditions: (1) press the “like” button on an Instagram post from We The Fans (“WTF”) announcing this contest; (2) tag at least three (3) Instagram friends in your response to a WTF post announcing the contest; and (3) follow We the Fans on Instagram at @wtfwethefans. You will be entered into the sweepstakes for a second time if you: (a) meet the criteria set forth above for your first entry into the sweepstakes, and (b) become a member of WTF at wtfwethefans.com No more than two (2) sweepstakes entries per person are allowed. Any person who enters the sweepstakes more than twice will be subject to disqualification. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and purchase will not affect your odds of winning. This sweepstakes shall run from April 1, 2021 through and including April 7, 2021. All valid entries registered or received by WTF by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on April 7, 2021 ("Entry Deadline") will be eligible for a drawing to win the Grand Prize. WTF assumes no responsibility for late, lost, damaged, misidentified or misdirected entries.
Eligibility. This is a trade promotion sweepstakes. Eligibility is limited to persons at least twenty-one (21) years of age, who are legal residents of the United States or its territories and possessions. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees (and their immediate families and household members) of WTF, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and paid subscribers are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes.
Grand Prize. One (1) pair of tickets to either a regular season 2021 NY Mets baseball game at Citifield, or a regular season 2021 NY Yankees baseball game at Yankee Stadium, with an approximate retail value $200 for the pair, or a substitute prize of comparable value. Dates and times of games for which tickets may be available may vary depending on ticket availability and cost. WTF retains sole discretion over the over the teams, dates, times and seating of the tickets it provides as the Grand Prize, and does not guarantee a winner’s choice of team, seats, dates or times. All taxes on the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
No Liability for WTF. WTF is not responsible for, and will not grant refunds or alternate tickets, in the event that the selected game is rained out or otherwise cancelled or postponed. Rescheduling in the event of rainouts or cancellations shall be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner agrees that WTF is not responsible for any damage to person or property incurred by the winner at the selected game, including any damage or injury to person or property in the course of traveling to or from the selected game.
Random Drawing. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing, to take place on or about April 8, 2021, from all eligible entries received on prior to the Entry Deadline. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Conditions of Participation. Participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of WTF’s sweepstakes judges, whose decisions will be final. By registering or submitting an entry to participate in this Sweepstakes, participants grant WTF, its agents and others working on their behalf the right to use the winner's name and employer affiliation for advertising and marketing purposes, without additional compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. The Grand Prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days of first attempted notification or will be forfeited. All entries become the property of WTF and will not be acknowledged or returned. WTF shall not be responsible for registration errors or for lost, late or misdirected mail (including e-mail), or telecommunication or computer hardware or software failures. If, for any reason, the fairness or integrity of the sweepstakes becomes compromised, WTF reserves the right to terminate or modify the sweepstakes, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the administration of the sweepstakes.
Grand Prize Notification. Upon drawing, the Grand Prize winner will be notified by a post to their Instagram account. WTF makes no warranties with regard to the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize is not transferable and the winner has no right of substitution (in cash or otherwise). WTF reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.
Announcement of Winner. The Instagram tag and/or name of the Grand Prize winner will be posted for thirty (30) days after the date of the drawing on WTF’s Instagram page at @wtfwethefans.
