About WTF

These terms cover WTF (We The Fans) at wtfwethefans.com and its member tools. Our Privacy Notice explains how information is handled.

WTF gives sports fans ways to share ideas, join polls and campaigns, follow issues and use fan tools.

Accounts and membership

Joining WTF is free. Some actions require an account and verified email. Use accurate account information and an email you control, keep your login details private, and contact WTF if you suspect unauthorized use.

Team preferences, alerts and The Signal subscription can be managed in your account. The Signal is optional.

A waitlist or coming-soon page is not a guarantee of a launch date. Follow the availability and access details shown for each feature. A membership benefit is not a ticket credit or a promise of savings.

Fair participation

Keep participation genuine and constructive. Do not impersonate people, threaten or harass others, publish private information without permission, submit unlawful material or spam, manipulate votes or referrals, or interfere with the service. Do not try to access accounts or information you are not authorized to access.

Participation totals are not scientific estimates of what all fans think. Supporting an issue does not guarantee that a league, team, broadcaster or other organization will act on it.

Content and submissions

You keep any ownership rights you have in your content. Submit only material you have the right to share.

Submitting an issue or comment for publication gives WTF permission to store and review it and, if approved, display it through the relevant WTF feature with the attribution described there. This does not transfer ownership of your work.

WTF may review, decline or remove contributions for violating these terms, exposing private information, duplicating an issue or being unsuitable for the feature. Submission does not guarantee publication. Contact WTF about a moderation decision or to request removal.

Fan Spotlight uses the separate permission on its submission form. It requires your own video of yourself and an 18-or-older confirmation. If selected, that permission allows publication on WTF's Instagram with your display name and optional handle, plus trimming, cropping and captions that preserve your meaning. There is no payment or guarantee of selection. You can withdraw before a submission is marked posted; contact WTF about a video already posted. Other people's copies may remain.

AI tools and changing information

AI can make mistakes. Review generated proposals, messages and results before submitting, sharing or relying on them. Check names, dates, factual claims and source links.

Start a WTF prepares a proposal for your review and submission. Advocate prepares a draft you can review and copy; it does not send it for you.

Schedules, viewing options, prices, availability and event details can change. A result does not confirm a booking, ticket purchase, subscription entitlement or broadcast access. Check the provider's current details before acting. Features may be unavailable during testing, maintenance or repairs, and saving an alert does not establish that monitoring is running or an email has been delivered.

Tickets and other services

WTF Tickets is a separate service with a separate sign-in. The free-member path checks for a verified WTF account and member record using the same email as your Tickets account. Follow the access instructions on the perk page.

Free Tickets membership does not include event tickets. Tickets are purchased separately from the seller. Check the event, seat details, full price, fees, tax, currency, delivery method and seller's cancellation/refund terms before buying. Those terms govern that purchase. Review any separately offered paid Tickets plan and its billing terms at checkout.

WTF Tickets may earn a commission when you buy through its links. Linked social networks, broadcasters, organizers and sellers operate under their own terms. A link does not itself establish sponsorship or a guaranteed outcome.

Questions and your rights

Use Contact WTF for account, content or service questions. You do not need to sign in. A submitted request does not itself complete an account change or privacy request.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law gives you and does not allow us to exclude.
