Refund policy
Returns can be accepted within 60 days of purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note a $5 restocking fee will be removed from your refund amount.
Please note we handle our refunds on a case-by-case basis and we work hard to accommodate customers so email us at customerservice@wtfwethefans.com and we will try and get back to you as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including the manufactures box in its original condition.
To return your product please fill out the return slip that came with your product remove the shipping label and affix the return label to the shipping box
- Do not affix any labels or postage directly to packaging – failure to comply may result in refund being declined
All discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded
Please note that all flip flops, slides & sandals are final sale
We can only offer exchanges on products that are past 60 days of purchase on defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange made email us at customerservice@wtfwethefans.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you are returning an item, we recommend getting return insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
We The Fans DOES NOT process exchanges, if you would like to exchange your product please return your product and place a new order
Please allow 7-15 business days for return to be processed as some banks take up to a week to transfer funds.
